For stone-set jewelry, our team can assess setting methods such as prong, bezel, and pavé setting. The appropriate method depends on the stone size, layout, design structure, and intended finish. We combine manual skills and production equipment across key stages to develop pieces with detailed stone arrangements and carefully finished metal surfaces.
We also offer plating options such as gold, rose gold, and rhodium finishes, as well as oxidation treatments. Where appropriate, a protective e-coating can be discussed. We confirm the selected material, finish, and construction in the product specification before production.

We manage quality checks from material review through finished-product inspection. Our production process includes checkpoints for raw materials, casting, stone setting, rough polishing, polishing, plating, and final inspection.
Available inspection equipment includes a material composition analyzer, tensile tester, stone-setting security tester, salt spray test chamber, and plating thickness tester. The inspection scope, testing standards, and any third-party reports should be confirmed for each order according to the product requirements and destination market.
Before production, we recommend agreeing on the approved design, product dimensions, materials, stone layout, finish, logo placement, and acceptance criteria. This gives both sides a clear reference for sample review and production.

We work with materials and stones such as 925 sterling silver, brass, moissanite, and cubic zirconia. Available options depend on the design and project requirements.
