1. Order Processing Time
In-stock orders: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (weekends and public holidays will be postponed).
Made-to-order/Custom items: Production time is 20-30 days, and the specific time will be provided by the salesperson.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
International Shipping
We support shipping to over 100 countries/regions globally.
We offer various international logistics services, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, 4PX, EMS, and can also ship via designated agents and customer courier accounts based on customer needs.
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Express 3-7 business days
Expedited Express 2-4 business days
Economy Shipping 7-15 business days
Delivery Time Explanation: The above delivery times are only estimates and may fluctuate due to customs clearance, destination logistics efficiency, and other factors.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated in real-time based on the destination and package weight. Please contact our customer service team for the exact cost.
Customs Duties/Import Taxes: Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, as per the laws and regulations of the destination country/region (cash on delivery).
3. Logistics Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number (via email or WhatsApp).
You can check the status of your package in the following ways:
The salesperson will continuously track the logistics progress and provide you with updates.
You can also check the package status independently through logistics platforms (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, 4PX official websites). International package customs clearance progress can be checked on the General Administration of Customs website.
4.Delivery Exception Handling
If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact customer service promptly (ssfjewelry@ssfjewelry.com):
⚠️ Package not delivered: If the package has not been received 4 days after the expected delivery time.
⚠️ Package damage/missing items: Take a photo as evidence at the time of receipt and report within 48 hours.
⚠️ Stagnant tracking information: If the tracking number has not been updated for over 5 days.
We will coordinate with the logistics provider for investigation and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
5.Undeliverable Situations
Orders may be returned or canceled due to the following reasons:
⚠️Incorrect/incomplete address
⚠️Recipient refusal to sign or 3 failed contact attempts
⚠️Customs requires additional documentation and no response has been provided
Any additional order/shipping costs incurred due to this will be borne by the customer.
