Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please refer to the following return and refund policy:

1.Return Conditions 
(1) In-stock Products: Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

(2) Manufactured/Customized Products:
Manufactured or personalized custom products are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

2.Return Process
Please contact our sales personnel to submit your return request and provide the reason for the return. Once approved, you will need to send the product back to our designated warehouse. Return shipping may incur import/export duties and logistics fees. Unless there is a quality issue or incorrect delivery, these fees will be borne by the customer.

3.Refund Policy
Once we confirm the returned item is in order, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 3-7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

If the payment method was via credit card or other online payment methods, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days in processing the refund.

4.Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
If the received item has quality issues or does not match the order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide free return or exchange services.
In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5.Special Circumstances
For return issues caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, transportation delays, etc.), we will assist as appropriate.

6.Friendly Suggestions
Please inspect the goods at the time of receipt. If you find the packaging is damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery.

Before returning the item, please take a full video of the product to avoid disputes during transit.
